Terms & Conditions

1. Event Details

The Asian Actuarial Conference 2026 ("AAC 2026" or "the Event") is organised by the Singapore Actuarial Society (SAS) and will be held from 18 – 21 August 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

2. Registration

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registrations submitted without payment will be held as provisional for a limited period and may be released thereafter.

All registrations are subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Merchant and bank fees are not included in the prices for conference passes, the 50th SAS Anniversary Gala Dinner, and R&R activities. Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card via Stripe at the time of registration. Fees include all stated benefits for the selected registration category.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• There will be no refund for confirmed and paid registrations.
• The Society reserves the right to cancel the event if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, the registration fees will be refunded in full.
• Passes are non-transferrable.

5. Event Programme Changes

The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel the Event programme, speakers, sessions, or venue at any time. In the unlikely event of Event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (including force majeure), a credit or partial refund may be offered at the Organiser's discretion.

6. Photography & Recording

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, delegates consent to the use of such material by the Organiser and Singapore Actuarial Society for promotional and archival purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any delegate who, in its reasonable opinion, acts in a disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate manner, without refund.

8. Liability

The Organiser, Singapore Actuarial Society, and their respective officers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by delegates or any third parties in connection with their attendance at or participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
