The Asian Actuarial Conference 2026 ("AAC 2026" or "the Event") is organised by the Singapore Actuarial Society (SAS) and will be held from 18 – 21 August 2026 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registrations submitted without payment will be held as provisional for a limited period and may be released thereafter.
All registrations are subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion.
All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Merchant and bank fees are not included in the prices for conference passes, the 50th SAS Anniversary Gala Dinner, and R&R activities. Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card via Stripe at the time of registration. Fees include all stated benefits for the selected registration category.

The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel the Event programme, speakers, sessions, or venue at any time. In the unlikely event of Event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control (including force majeure), a credit or partial refund may be offered at the Organiser's discretion.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, delegates consent to the use of such material by the Organiser and Singapore Actuarial Society for promotional and archival purposes.
All delegates are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any delegate who, in its reasonable opinion, acts in a disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate manner, without refund.
The Organiser, Singapore Actuarial Society, and their respective officers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by delegates or any third parties in connection with their attendance at or participation in the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Delegates who registered individually through the AAC 2026 website during the Super Early Bird or Early Bird registration periods are entitled to one complimentary hard copy of the SAS 50th Anniversary Commemorative Book. Complimentary copies will be available for collection at the SAS booth during AAC 2026. Purchased copies will be available for collection from the SAS office or for shipment from September 2026 onwards. Postage and handling charges, where applicable, are charged once per order regardless of the number of books purchased within the same order. Complimentary copies provided as part of AAC 2026 delegate registration are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. .
